Nikki Kuepper with CU Oasis has been a tremendous aid during the time she has been with our credit union. Whether it is daily or monthly tasks, she takes it and not only fully completes it, but completes it and figures out a way to make it more efficient if possible.
CU Oasis willingness to be flexible is one of their greatest pro to us, when we were being impacted with inclement weather that would render the credit unions ability to be physically staffed, with short notice Nikki Kuepper was able to take a day to learn our processes to be able to operate our ACH process while the office was closed.
CU Oasis has already been a huge aid in the short time we have used their services and I am excited to see what is to come.
