I have worked with Nikki K on numerous projects on our core system that involved ACH and accounting. She impressed me with her very sunny disposition and her vast knowledge of our core and her willingness to go above and beyond to get things done. She recommended that we update some of our processes based on better, more automated processes she had seen at other institutions and helped to streamline our ACH processing and pare down the ACH exceptions when doing the daily settlements.
That saved everyone a great deal of time. I really enjoyed working with Nikki K. with each and every interaction that I had with her.
